From helping you create a birth plan and guiding you through labor with comfort measures to offering postpartum support with newborn care and breastfeeding assistance, we ensure you feel confident and supported at every step.

We desire to provide families with the referrals, knowledge, and tools they need to recognize, manage, and prevent mental health challenges during the perinatal period.
*Free services for Mecklenburg County residents who are pregnant or had a baby within the last 18 months.
